In a way, the new album ”How Much is the Moon?“, which serves as the basis, is the result of a search for oneself. A number of thoughts from recent years culminate here, as well as acquaintances, friendships and relationships, along with the almost existential question of what ‘being at home’ actually means. All the threads that led to the album (are) brought together again, but also expanded, as Barnett was able to win over the EOS Chamber Orchestra for the performance. For Barnett, the orchestral approach is not a contradiction to the intimacy of the album, but a welcome extension.
