Thomas Venker

Thomas Venker, Cologne, is the co-founder and co-editor of “Kaput – Magazin für Insolvenz & Pop”. Before founding “Kaput” in 2014, he was editor-in-chief of the “Intro” magazine for 14 years. Currently, Thomas Venker is also part of the editorial team of the magazine “Chart - Notes to consider”. He writes regularly for a portfolio of magazines and daily newspapers and moderates panels and symposia for various cultural institutions. Besides his journalistic work, he teaches music journalism and artist marketing at several German universities.
