Rainbow Robert

Rainbow Robert, Vancouver, was Managing Artistic Director of the “Vancouver International Jazz Festival”. Her musical focus is on avant-garde jazz, improvised music, punk, indigenous music, South Asian music and Afro-futurism. Since 2022, Rainbow Robert has been the Executive Director of the BC Alliance for Arts + Culture, the chief cultural authority of the Canadian province of British Columbia. Rainbow Robert has also served as Executive Director of Jazz Festivals Canada, a national organisation representing the interests of Canadian jazz festivals.
